Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
2. You must be a resident of India with a valid UPI-enabled bank account.
3. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Referral Program Terms

Earnings

You can earn up to ₹300 per successful referral. Daily earnings are capped at ₹3000. Earnings are subject to verification and may take 24-48 hours to reflect in your account.

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Withdrawals are processed to your registered UPI ID within 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to verify withdrawals and may request additional documentation.

Valid Referrals

A referral is considered valid only when the referred user completes registration and meets the minimum activity requirements. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will result in account termination.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Create multiple accounts or use fake identities
Use automated systems or bots to generate referrals
Engage in any fraudulent or misleading practices
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All pending earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to violation of these terms.

Disclaimer

Important: Earnings mentioned are potential earnings and not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on your referral activity and compliance with program terms. We reserve the right to modify the referral program, including earning rates, at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
